Today I ground the meat (Choice Chuck roast) added the spices and shaped them into patties. I packaged them individually and then put them in a freezer bag. I like having some inventory.😠I prefer mine to be 1/3lb instead of 1/2lb.
Some will be grilled and some will go in the SV bath tub and then a cast iron skillet.
That more course texture feels better in your mouth compare to the mushy fine grind hamburger does in my opinion. It's great when your wife and kids love your cooking!
